Our Client is a rapidly expanding multi office IFA firm. They are now seeking to appoint and Admin Process Change & Service Manager who will report directly to the firm's Managing Director. This is a senior role and you will be responsible for controlling and synchronising the administrative and client service functions across multiple sites. You will be leading a continuous process improvement programme, to streamline their client offer. This will include introducing technological improvements and reducing corporate risk. You will mentor and manage the administration /client service to ensure all admin duties are carried out compliantly with best practice. You will have responsibility for HR Delivery and training aspects for all non-adviser staff. You will need to be able to multi task to Implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion. You will be tasked with the production of MI for Directors and all Data Management and mining.



This is an exciting opportunity to join the firm during a period of growth and change. The package on offer reflects the senior nature of the role and experience required. There is a negotiable salary of between £45,000 - £60,000 + comprehensive benefits.
