Our client is a leading Broadband provider, based in Horsham. Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit a number of driven, enthusiastic and ambitious Telesales Executives. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on the Residential side of the Business and to represent several major brands.

Full training will be provided, and there will be a career path into management for the right candidates. Homeworking is also available.

Role Responsibilities:

·To interact on a day to day basis with our Residential customer base providing excellent customer service and sales knowledge .These are warm leads

·Being able to engage with customers to secure the closure of broadband and energy sales

·Providing beyond and above service to our customers at all times

·Being able to manage your own KPI’s and targets to ensure that these are met

·Working as part of a team to ensure that all team targets are met

·Being able to provide customers with excellent product knowledge to secure a sale

·Updating CRM systems with any relevant information.

The hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730 and, week 2 from 0930 to 1830, plus a minimum one Saturday a month 0900 to 1300 (paid at time and a half) Additional overtime is also available and is paid at time and a half.

The salary on offer is £19,760 to £23,000 a year basic salary, with OTE of £30,000 to £33,000 plus. There is also a wide range of other excellent benefits included in the package, including discounted broadband, pension and generous holidays.
